GP appointments during Coronavirus Pandemic- Appointments and Telephone Consultations

OUR DOORS ARE OPEN BUT DO NOT ENTER THE PRACTICE PREMISES IF YOU HAVE COVID SYMPTOMS OR IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING A MASK AND YOU HAVE NO REASON TO BE EXEMPT

To protect our staff, the GPs and for infection control cleaning down purposes the GPs are assessing patients on the phone first before allocating a face to face GP appointment.  Our nurses are seeing patients face to face that need their long term condition reviewed. You can book a face to face appointment with them.

Know the Symptoms!  Test twice weekly!

If you have COVID symptoms book a test and self isolate

If you need medical intervention telephone the Practice. Don’t forget to look at right care, right place as the GP may not be the best professional to deal with your problem.  Lots of new services are available directly without needing to see a GP depending on your problem.

Please note we do not issue Medical Certificates MED3 (insurance lines / sick notes / fit notes) for coronavirus.   Have a conversation with your employer about your absence. Help and advice is available from Citizens Advice.
